YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title to real property located in Bradford County, Florida, has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to Samantha C. Joseph, Esq., Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is PO BOX 26114 JACKSONVILLE, FL 32226, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
The property that is the subject of this action is described as follows:
LOT 11 A parcel of land situated in the Southeast One Quarter on the Southwest One Quarter of Section 24, Township 8 South, Range 22 East, Bradford County, Florida; said parcel being more particularly described as follows: Commence at a concrete monument at the most Westerly corner of Lot 20 of KEYSTONE CLUB ESTATES UNIT ONE REPLAT; as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 51 of the public records of Bradford County, Florida and run S 29 deg 16 min 20 sec E, along the Westerly line of said Keystone Club Estates Unit One Replat; 325.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence run S 60 deg 43 min 40 sec W, 220.00 feet to an iron pipe and the Point of Beginning; thence continue S 60 deg 43 min 40 sec W. 190.55 feet to an iron pipe; thence run N 01 deg 59 min 11 sec W, 163.19 feet to an iron pipe; thence run Northeasterly with a curve concave Northerly, said curve having a central angle of 18 deg 37 min 09 sec, a radius of 368.64 feet, an arc length of 119.80 feet and a chord bearing and distance of N 74 deg 42 min 18 sec E, 119.27 feet to an iron pipe; thence run S 29 deg 16 min 20 sec E, 116.22 feet to the Point of Beginning.
