RE-NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Second Amended Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 20, 2026, in Case No. 50-2025-CA-000480-XXXA-MB, of the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, in which SAXONY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and Gary Fillweber is the Defendant(s), Michael A.
