IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE 12TH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR DESOTO COUNTY CASE NO. 142025DP000086 IN THE INTEREST OF: Hayden Ray DOB: 07/25/2025 Minor Child AMENDED ORDER GRANTING PERMISSION TO PUBLISH (To correct Advisory Date) This cause came before the Court on March 19, 2026 for an Advisory Hearing for the mother, Brittany Ray. All persons entitled to notice were duly notified. The Court has reviewed the applicable filings, and evidence, and finds as follows: 1. General Jurisdiction: The Court has subject matter jurisdiction over this cause and personal jurisdiction over the child. 2. Factual Background A. The location of the mother, Brittany Ray, is unknown. B. The Department completed that diligent search on February 23, 2026 and filed same with the Court on February 24, 2026.
