CASE NO.: 2025CP004169A000BA NOTICE TO CREDITORS The administration of the estate of ISAEL MARTINEZ TREJO, Deceased, whose date of death was June 4, 2025, is pending in the Circuit Court for Polk County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is Drawer CC-4, P.O. Box 9000, Bartow, Florida 33831. The names and addresses of the Personal Representative and the Personal Representatives attorney are set forth below.
