NOTICE OF CHAMPIONSGATE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICTS INTENT TO ABANDON EASEMENT A public hearing will be conducted by the Board of Supervisors of the ChampionsGate Community Development District (the District) on Monday, April 13, 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Offices of RIDA Associates, 8390 ChampionsGate Blvd., Suite 104, ChampionsGate, Florida 33896. The public hearing will provide an opportunity for the public to address a proposed abandonment of an easement, or portion thereof, dedicated to the District by multiple recorded documents and plat easements recorded in the public records of Osceola County, Florida (the Easement).
