YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED of the institution of the above-styled foreclosure
proceedings by the Plaintiff, MARRIOTT RESORTS HOSPITALITY CORPORATION,
upon the filing of a complaint to foreclose for other relief relative to the following

according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in
Official Records Book 25587 at Page 675 in the Public Records of Broward
County, Florida, and any amendments thereof.
