ALI A. MALEK, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALI A. MALEK, UNKNOWN TENANT ONE and UNKNOWN TENANT TWO, Defendants. NOTICE OF ACTION - CONSTRUCTIVE SERVICE TO: ALI A. MALEK and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALI A.
