You are hereby further notified that CFX will apply to the Honorable Christine E. Arendas, one of the judges of this Court on the 18th day of MAY 2026 at 3:15 p.m., in Hearing Room 4A, at the Osceola County Courthouse, 2 Courthouse Square, Kissimmee, Florida, 34741 for an Order of Taking as it relates to Parcel 53-134 in this cause.
