NOTICE is hereby given that sealed bids for: Mainland High, Baseball Field Lighting, will bereceived by the School Board of Volusia County Florida, until May 14, 2026, at 1:30 pm in theVolusia County Schools Facilities Services Building, at which time all bids will be publiclyopened and read aloud. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids may be mailedor hand delivered to Volusia County Schools, Facilities Services, 3750 Olson Drive, DaytonaBeach Florida 32124.
A MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE is scheduled for April 28, 2026, 10:00 am at1255 W. Internationsl Speedway Blvd., Daytona Beach, Florida 32114. All bidders mustattend. The representative of each bidder shall be an authorized employee of the bidder andshall sign in accordingly.

A310 Bid Bond Included
(The following sentence applies if the A310 Bid Bond is included for this project) Bids must beaccompanied by a bid bond, certified check or cashier's check in an amount equal to five (5)percent of the total bid.
Bidders for this project are required to hold a current Certificate of Prequalification issued bythe School Board of Volusia County Florida at the time of the Bid opening. To pre-qualifycontact the Procurement department, 200 North Clara Avenue, Deland Florida 32720;telephone (386)734-7190.
All bids shall be binding for a period of 60 calendar days from the date of the Bid opening oruntil School Board approval of the bid, whichever occurs first. The bid amount of thesuccessful bidder, once approved by the School Board, shall not be subject to change orwithdrawal.
All bids shall be subject to the provisions of the solicitation, as defined in FAC Document 631,Instructions to bidders. It is the sole responsibility of all bidders to fully comply with theprovisions of the solicitation during this bidding process.
The School Board reserves the right to reject any one or more bids as provided by law.
