Roth, Esq., will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on April 10, 2026, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. online at http://www.volusia.realforeclose.com; in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes (the "Foreclosure Sale"), after the publication of notice thereof as required by 45.031, Florida Statutes, the property described as follows:
Unit 3C, Sandpoint, A Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium, recorded in Official Records Book 2625, page 158, Public Records of Volusia County, Florida; together with an undivided 1/70th interest in the common element set forth in the Exhibits to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded, exemplified, referred to and set forth in said Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits thereto; together with the exclusive use of parking space number 3 a/k/a 2615 S. Atlantic Avenue, Unit 3C, Daytona Beach Shores, FL 32118.
