THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon the Court's own motion setting a Case Management Conference. The Court finds there are significant issues in this case, which have not been resolved.  The parties' combined income is $50,000 or less per year. 
The parties',  the petitioner,  the respondent are/is therefore ordered to pay mediation fees in sums of $60.00 per person, per scheduled mediation session.
The parties' combined income is greater than $50,000 but less than $100,000 per year. The parties',  the petitioner,  the respondent are/is therefore ordered to pay mediation fees in the sums of $120.00 per person, per scheduled mediation session. The parties' combined income is $100,000 or more per year. The parties must therefore arrange for a private mediator. The parties',  the petitioner,  the respondent have/has been determined to be indigent; no fees are assessed.
Payments are to be made to the Clerk of Court prior to mediation. If not paid, judgment against the non-paying party may ensue.
IF A SPECIFIC MEDIATION DATE HAS BEEN SET, IT CANNOT BE CHANGED ABSENT A COURT ORDER.
