The Condominium Parcel known as Apartment 101 of Huntington Lakes Section Three Condominium 24, (The "Condominium"), according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Record Book 4562, Pages 399 through 429 of the Public records of Palm Beach County, Florida.
This property is located at 7240 Huntington Lane, Apt. 101 , Delray Beach, FL 33446.
THIS ACTION has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, upon ROSENBAUM PLLC, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 1700 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd., Suite 600, West Palm Beach, Florida 33401, by April 20, 2026 and file the original with the Clerk of Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
