CITY OF DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS RFQ NO 2026-026 Project No. 24-012 / City Hall Development Services Annex PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL & ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES DUE DATE AND TIME: APRIL 29, 2026 @ 2:00 P.M., (LOCAL TIME) The City of Delray Beach, Florida (City) is seeking Proposals from qualified firms for professional architectural and engineering services relating to construction of City Hall Development Services Annex, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Request for Qualifications. It is expected that an architecture firm will be the lead consultant on this project. Request for Qualifications documents is available beginning Sunday March 29, 2026 on the Purchasing and Contract Administration Divisions webpage of the City of Delray Beach website at: https://www.delraybeachfl.gov/government/city-departments/purchasing/current-bids-solicitations Documents may also be obtained via BidNet at www.bidnetdirect.com//cityofdelraybeach or by contacting the City Purchasing and Contract Administration Division at thompsonc@mydelraybeach.com . Proposals will be accepted through a secure mailbox at BidNet Direct www.bidnetdirect.com//cityofdelraybeach until the Deadline for Submission as indicated in this RFQ. The Due Date and Time for submission of submittals is April 29, 2026, 2:00 pm (Eastern Standard Time). Late Proposals will not be accepted. The City will only accept electronic Proposals for this RFQ. The City will not hold a Pre-Proposal Conference. It is the responsibility of the Proposer to ensure all pages are included in the submission. All Proposers are advised to closely examine the solicitation package The City of Delray Beach is exempt from Federal and State Taxes for tangible personal property tax. The City of Delray Beach reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals, in whole or in part, with or without cause, to waive any irregularities and/or technicalities, and to award the contract on such coverage and terms it deems will best serve the interests of the City.
