ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID 25-011: Lebolo Construction Management, Inc. for Palm Beach County (Owner) is seeking bids from qualified vendors and WBE, MBE and HUD contractors for the project: 25-011 Palm Tran Maintenance Building Restroom and Shower Renovations. PBC Project Number 2023-025341  Located at 100 N. Congress Avenue, Delray Beach, FL  This project is funded by a DOT/FTA (Palm Tran)  administered through Palm Beach County Capital Improvement Division. Davis-Bacon & Related Acts, including wage rates, will apply to all construction work performed on this project.  Palm Beach County requires the use of an online labor compliance reporting system for payroll submittal. Build American, Buy America Act 2 CFR Part 184 requirements apply.  Section 3 requirements per 24 CFR Part 75 apply.  Section 3 businesses are encouraged to bid on this project.
