PUBLIC NOTICE ENGLEWOOD WATER DISTRICT SPECIAL MEETING CONTAINING EXECUTIVE SESSION Notice is hereby given that Englewood Water District will hold a public Special Meeting, with a portion conducted as a closed Executive Session pursuant to Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes, to discuss settlement negotiations and/or litigation strategy related to pending litigation involving the District. Date: March 3, 2026 Time: 9:00 a.m. (estimated duration: 2 hours) Location: Englewood Water District, 201 Selma Avenue, Englewood, FL 34223 The executive session portion is closed to the public. Attendance will be limited to the Board, the Districts attorneys and co-counsel, the District Administrator, and a certified court reporter. A verbatim record will be prepared and will become a public record upon conclusion of the litigation. This notice is published in compliance with the Florida Sunshine Law.
