JACKSON, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES L. JACKSON, UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are Defendants, the Office of Gary J. Cooney, Lake County Clerk of the Court, will sell at public sale on March 24, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. to the highest bidder for cash, at the first-floor lobby near the information desk in the at Lake County Courthouse, 550 West Main Street, Tavares, FL in accordance with Section 45.031(10), Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
