NOTICE OF INTENT TO VACATE
Application for Vacation and Abandonment 
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to F.S. 177.101, that North Broward Hospital District d/b/a Broward Health intends to submit an Application for Vacation and Abandonment of a 10 Utility Easement to the Broward County Board of County Commissioners, Florida. The legal description of the land to be vacated and abandoned is more specifically described as follows, to wit: 
THE EAST 10 FEET OF PARCEL B, THE BEN ASH PLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 124, PAGE 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY, LESS AND EXCEPT THE SOUTH 10 FEET THEREOF. SAID LANDS LYING AND BEING IN BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA AND CONTAININ 1,562 SQUARE FEET, MORE OR LESS.
