NOTICE IS HEREBY given that electronic bids will be received by the TOWN OF FORT MYERS BEACH electronically through www.demandstar.com until 2:00 PM LOCAL TIME on Friday, March 27, 2026. Bids will be opened at 2:15 PM, in the Town Hall Council Chambers, 6231 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach, FL. 33931. 
PROJECT: ITB-26-05-EN, ESTERO ISLAND DUNE REPAIR AND SCOUR FILL BEACH SAND TRUCK HAUL. Any bids received by the Town after the above date and time shall remain unopened. SCOPE OF WORK: Transport, deliver, and place beach compatible sand from one or more of the approved Sand Sources to restore scour holes and to rebuild linear feet of emergency berms previously constructed by others to offset the impacts of Hurricane Ian.  The TOWN will require a Bid Bond and a Public Construction Bond on this project.  The official bid documents and project specifications shall be obtained from www.demandstar.com.  The Town of Fort Myers Beach reserves the right, in its sole judgment in the best interest of the Town of Fort Myers Beach, to waive any informalities in any bids; to make award(s) including multiple awards; to waive any non-substantive, in Town's sole judgment, irregularity or technicality in bids received, and/or to reject any or all bids.
