NOTICE IS HEREBY given that electronic bids only will be received by the TOWN OF FORT MYERS BEACH electronically through www.demandstar.com until 2:00 pm LOCAL TIME on Monday, April 27, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:15 pm LOCAL TIME on Monday, April 27, 2026, in Town Hall Council Chambers, 6231 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach, FL 33931. Roadway, Curb, and Right-of-Way Repair & Reconstruction Services 26-13-PW Any bids received by the Town after the above date and time shall remain unopened. BACKGROUND 1.1. The Town of Fort Myers Beach seeks to contract with a qualified Vendor to provide on-call roadway, curb, sidewalk, drainage, and right-of-way repair, reconstruction, and improvement services. Services will be provided on an as-needed basis. No minimum amount of work is guaranteed. Not all tasks will be assigned for all work orders. Services shall include, but are not limited to: Asphalt milling and resurfacingFull-depth reconstructionBase stabilizationConcrete curb & gutterSidewalk and ADA rampsDriveway apronsPavement markings and signageUtility and drainage structure adjustmentCulvert and roadway shoulder restorationMaintenance of Traffic (MOT)As-built documentation where required Emergency repairs. 1.2. The Town anticipates the award of one (1) contract as a result of this Invitation to Bid. No minimum amount of work is guaranteed to the Contractor. 1.3. All work under this ITB shall be performed in accordance with applicable FDOT Standard Specifications (latest edition), MUTCD, ADA/PROWAG, and where federal funds are used, with 2 CFR 200.317?326 as updated and where applicable. No professional engineering services, as defined under Section 287.055, Florida Statutes (Consultants' Competitive Negotiation Act), are included in this solicitation. All services procured hereunder are construction and maintenance services only. The Town of Fort Myers Beach reserves the right, in its sole judgment in the best interest of the Town of Fort Myers Beach, to waive any informalities in any bids; to make an award; to waive any non-substantive, in Town's sole judgment, irregularity or technicality in bids received, and/or to reject any or all bids.
