POTENTIAL INELIGIBILITY NOTICES
Date of publication: March 2, 2026
Supervisor of Elections has received credible information indicating that you are ineligible to vote. If you believe you are in fact eligible to vote and you have been inaccurately included on this list, you have the right to request a hearing to determine your eligibility. You are required to contact the Broward County Supervisor of Elections, no later than thirty (30) days after the date this notice is published to request a hearing or to obtain more information regarding the basis for your potential ineligibility and the procedure for resolution. Failure to respond within 30 days after the date this notice is published may result in a determination of ineligibility and your removal from the voter registration rolls.
Any information provided to this office in response to a notice of ineligibility due to non-U.S. citizenship may be subject to verification against federal immigration records.
Please note that in the interim if you attempt to vote at an early voting site or your normal election day polling place, you will be required to vote a provisional ballot. If you vote by mail, your ballot will be treated as a provisional ballot. In either case, your ballot may not be counted until a final determination of eligibility is made. If you wish for your ballot to be counted, you must contact the Office of the Broward County Supervisor of Elections within 2 days after the election and present evidence that you are eligible to vote.
