These proceedings were initiated in the Eighth Judicial County Court in and for Alachua County, FL, Campus USA Credit Union v. Charles Timothy Wyland, an individual., et al. Case No. 01- 2026-CC-000721 on January 30, 2026.
The real property at issue in this action is described as follows:


UNIT TWENTY-SIX (26), LOT SEVEN (7), OF TOWNHOMES AT THE LAKES, ACCORDING TO SURVEY PLAT RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1481, PAGE 515, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ALACHUA COUNTY, FLORIDA, SAID UNIT BEING A PORTION OF LOT (7) AS SHOWN ON PLAT IN MINOR PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ALACHUA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
