Plaintiff, V. LAUREN BARRETT, et al., Defendant(s), TO: LAUREN BARRETT, whose last known residence is 403 4th Lane, Greenacres, FL 33463 and whose current residence is unknown. YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Lien for Assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title, and interest of the Plaintiff herein in the following described property: Unit A, Lot 7, SHERWOOD LAKES (P.U.D.), according to the plat thereof, recorded at Plat Book 40, Pages 105, in the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida. a/k/a: 403 4th Lane, Greenacres, FL 33463 has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Kevin M.
