Notice is hereby given that the City Commission of the City of Haines City, Florida, will hold a City Commission Special Workshop Meeting on, March 19, 2026, at 6:00 PM in City Hall, 620 E Main St, Haines City, FL 33844.
 
This is the Second Statutory Workshop Meeting to discuss extraordinary circumstances for the need to exceed the Florida Impact Fee Act Phase-In Limitations set forth in Section 163.31801(6), Florida Statutes (2025); City of Haines City Ordinance No.26-2144 relating to increasing the utility water/wastewater connection fee adjustments.
 
NOTE: Immediately following this meeting at 7:00 PM is the regularly scheduled City Commission meeting of and/or for the City of Haines City, Florida.
 
Documents pertaining to the above-referenced items may be reviewed at the City Clerks office, Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on weekdays. All persons having an interest in the above-described workshop are invited to be present at this meeting.
