PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF HAINES CITY City Commission Special Workshop Meeting followed by Regularly Scheduled City Commission Meeting Notice is hereby given that the City Commission of the City of Haines City, Florida, will hold a City Commission Special Workshop Meeting on, March 19, 2026, at 6:00 PM in City Hall, 620 E Main St, Haines City, FL 33844. This is the Second Statutory Workshop Meeting to discuss extraordinary circumstances for the need to exceed the Florida Impact Fee Act Phase-In Limitations set forth in Section 163.31801(6), Florida Statutes (2025); City of Haines City Ordinance No.26-2144 relating to increasing the utility water/wastewater connection fee adjustments. NOTE: Immediately following this meeting at 7:00 PM is the regularly scheduled City Commission meeting of and/or for the City of Haines City, Florida. Documents pertaining to the above-referenced items may be reviewed at the City Clerks office, Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on weekdays. All persons having an interest in the above-described workshop are invited to be present at this meeting.
