CITY OF HOLLY HILL PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED COMPREHENSIVE PLAN EAR BASED AMENDMENTS The City of Holly Hill will hold public hearings to consider accepting and transmitting the following ordinance pursuant to the requirements of Chapter 163.3191, FloridaStatutes: ORDINANCE NO. 3092 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HOLLY HILL, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 163, FLORIDA STA-TUTES; ADOPTING COMPREHENSIVE PLAN 2050, INCLUDING AMENDMENTS TO THE FUTURE LAND USE ELEMENT, TRANSPORTATION ELE-MENT, HOUSING ELEMENT, UTILITIES ELEMENT, COASTAL MANAGEMENT AND CONSERVATION ELEMENT, RECREATION AND OPEN SPACE ELE-MENT, INTERGOVERNMENTAL COORDINATION ELEMENT, CAPITAL IM-PROVEMENTS ELEMENT, PUBLIC SCHOOLS FACILITIES ELEMENT, AND PROPERTY RIGHTS ELEMENT, AND ALL ASSOCIATED MAPS AND FI-GURES; PROVIDING FOR THE TRANSMITTAL OF AMENDMENTS TO THE STATE REVIEWING AGENCIES, THE VOLUSIA GROWTH MANAGEMENT COMMISSION, THE COUNTY OF VOLUSIA, AND ANY OTHER LOCAL GO-VERNMENT OR GOVERNMENTAL AGENCY REQUESTING A COPY; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND SETTING FORTH AN EFFECTIVE DATE. MEETING # 1 A public hearing will be held by the Board of Planning and Appeals, on Monday, April, 6, 2026, at 6:00 PM at City Hall, located at 1065 Ridgewood Avenue, Holly Hill, Florida. MEETING # 2 A second meeting will be held by the City Commission, on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 6:00 PM by the City Commission at City Hall, located at 1065 Ridgewood Avenue, Holly Hill, Florida. Pursuant to Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, if any person decides to appeal any decision made by the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at these meetings, such person will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose, such person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
