Zoning - Exception NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETINGS AND HEARINGS NOTICE is hereby given that there will be a public meeting will be held by the City Council on Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at 5:00 p.m., by the Land Use and Zoning Committee on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.in the Council Chambers, 1st floor, City Hall, 117 West Duval Street, St. James Building, Jacksonville, FL, concerning: Ordinance No. 2026-0173 (E-26-12) AN ORDINANCE APPROVING APPLICATION FOR ZONING EXCEPTION E-26-12 FOR PROPERTY LOCATED IN COUNCIL DISTRICT 2 AT 2467 FAYE ROAD, AT THE CORNER OF FAYE ROAD AND ALTA DRIVE (R.E. NO(S). 108655-0000), AS DESCRIBED HEREIN, OWNED BY 2467 FAYE RD., LLC, REQUESTING AN ESTABLISHMENT OR FACILITY WHICH INCLUDES THE RETAIL SALE OF BEER OR WINE FOR ON-PREMISES CONSUMPTION, FOR THAI NINE, LLC, D/B/A THAI NINE, IN THE COMMERCIAL NEIGHBORHOOD (CN) DISTRICT, AS DEFINED AND CLASSIFIED UNDER THE ZONING CODE; ADOPTING RECOMMENDED FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS OF THE LAND USE AND ZONING COMMITTEE; PROVIDING FOR DISTRIBUTION; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
