COMMUNITY 
DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
Notice is hereby given that the Cypress Bluff Community Development District (District) will hold a regular meeting (Meeting) of the Board of Supervisors (Board) on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at 12:30 p.m. at the Pablo Creek Regional Library, 13295 Beach Boulevard, Jacksonville, Florida 32246, where the Board may consider any business that may properly come before it. 
The Meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for community development districts.  The Meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at such Meeting. 
An electronic copy of the agenda may be obtained by contacting the office of the District Manager, c/o Governmental Management Services, LLC, 475 West Town Place, Suite 114, St. Augustine, Florida 32092, (904) 940-5850 (District Managers Office) during normal business hours, and will be available on the Districts website, www.CypressBluffCDD.com.

Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the Meetings is advised that person will need a record of proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
