RFQ 26-18 PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERS CONTINUING SERVICES
The University of North Florida Board of Trustees, a public body corporate, announces that professional services are required to establish a pool of continuing professional engineering firms to design minor commercial construction and renovation projects with construction budgets each not exceeding $7,500,000 in total construction cost as adjusted annually by the Department of Management Services and for individual studies with professional services fees not exceeding $500,000. Work will be primarily located at the University of North Florida, 1 UNF Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32224.
Project Information
Projects include such services as engineering design, studies, and construction administration for on-campus and off-campus repairs, remodels, renovations, alterations, and additions. The University plans to award one or more contracts in each of the professional disciplines of Mechanical, Electrical, Civil and Structural engineering.
