PUBLIC NOTICE The Housing Authority of the City of Key West, FL (KWHA) announces the opening of the waitlist for Old Town Affordable Housing Geraldine Street Complex, a property of affordable housing consisting of 1 and 2-bedroom units located at 112-116 Geraldine Street, Key West, Florida. Opening Date & Time: Thursday, March 19, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. How to Apply: Applications will only be accepted electronically. You may apply online at cityofkeywest.housingmanager.com New Applicants: If you are not currently on any of our housing waitlists, you may submit a new application for this property or any other housing programs by logging onto the website and clicking Apply for Housing. Current Applicants: If you are already on any of our housing waitlists, you may apply for this property or any additional programs by logging onto the website and clicking View Your Application. This notice will not affect anyone currently on a waitlist. You will remain on your existing waitlist(s), but you must keep your information current in the online portal. Eligibility & Preferences: HUD income limitations apply. Local and Working Preferences are available.
