NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed February 5, 2026, and entered in Case No. 2024-CA-001051 MF, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for OSCEOLA County, Florida, wherein CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC, is Plaintiff, and EDGAR F. PENA A/K/A EDGAR FERMIN PENA; ESPERANZA J. PENA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; BELLALAGO AND ISLES OF BELLALAGO COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; SUNNOVA SLA MANAGEMENT LLC; are Defendants. KELVIN SOTO, ESQ, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, 3 Courthouse Square, Room 204 (2nd floor), Kissimmee, FL 34741, at 2 COURTHOUSE SQUARE, KISSIMMEE in OSCEOLA County, FLORIDA 34741, at 11:00 A.M., on APRIL 7, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 160, BELLALAGO PH 4P, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGES 26 THROUGH 29 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OSCEOLA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
