NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 4th day of February 2026 and entered in Case No. 2025-CA-000718, of the Circuit Court of the 5th Judicial Circuit in and for Lake County, Florida, wherein MORTGAGE RESEARCH CENTER, LLC D/B/A VETERANS UNITED HOME LOANS, A MISSOURI LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, is the Plaintiff and RAY OETTING A/K/A RAY D. OETTING A/K/A RAY DON OETTING; PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION OF THE VILLAGES, INC F/K/A ORANGE BLOSSOM GARDENS PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2; are defendants. Gary J. Cooney the Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the LAKE COUNTY COURTHOUSE 550 W.
