In accordance with the Florida Self-Storage Facility Act, notice is hereby given that Tellus Self Storage-LAKE CITY, 814 FL 247, Lake City, FL 32025, (386) 961-9926, will conduct an online auction (www.storageauctions.com) of the contents of storage units on TUESDAY, MARCH 24 , 2026, at 11:00AM to satisfy a landlord's lien. Property will be sold to the highest bidder, for Money Order/Cashier's Check, or Debit/Credit Card only. No Cash or Checks accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any and all bids. Unless otherwise specified, it is assumed that the units contain household goods. Property being sold include contents in spaces/units of:
