TO DEFENDANTS ALEXANDER SANDERS and CATHERINE SANDERS, both known or presumed dead, and  UNKNOWN HEIRS OF ALEXANDER SANDERS, deceased, and CATHERINE SANDERS, deceased, including any unknown spouse(s) of Defendant(s), and if the aforesaid is deceased, any unknown heirs, devisees, issue, children, beneficiaries, devisees, assignees, lienors, grantees, creditors, trustees, and all other parties claiming by, through, under or against them, and all other parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein described.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that you have been designated as defendant in a legal proceeding filed against you for Adverse Possession without Color of Title/Quiet Title, Unjust Enrichment, & Declaratory Judgment.  The action involves real property in COLUMBIA County, Florida, more fully described as follows:
Two (2) Acres in NE 1/4, of SW 1/4 of NW 1/4, bounded east by land of Maggie Williams, west by lands of James Smith, Section 35, Township 3 
South, Range 17 East.  Except or Subject to any easement or right-of-way of record. 
The action was instituted in the Columbia County, Florida, and is styled as above.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on LLOYD E. PETERSON, JR., the Plaintiffs' attorney, whose address is 905 SW Baya Drive, Lake City, Florida 32025, on or before APRIL 22, 2026, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
