NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 30, 2025 in Civil Case No. CACE-24-009405 of the Circuit Court of the SEVENTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Broward County, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE OF LSF10 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is Plaintiff and Gary Lewis a/k/a Gary St. Lewis, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, BRENDA D. FORMAN, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.broward.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 21st day of April, 2026 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:

Commencing at the most Southerly corner of said Parcel "CR", said point lying on the Westerly line of Parcel A-1, Coral Bay Parcel CR-North, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 140, Page 7, of said Public Records; thence North 25 degrees 10 minutes 55 seconds West, along the Southwesterly line of said Parcel "CA", 218.10 feet; thence North 64 degrees 49 minutes 05 seconds East, 120.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence North 25 degrees 10 minutes 55 seconds West, 43.67 feet; thence North 48 degrees 54 minutes 07 seconds East, 93.15 feet; thence South 36 degrees 37 minutes 56 seconds East, 42.13 feet; thence south 48 degrees 54 minutes 07 seconds west, 101.85 feet to the point of beginning. Said lands, lying in the City of Margate, Broward County, Florida, containing 4,095 square feet, more or less.
