Resiliency Assessment- Miami-Dade County, through its managing agent Royal American Management, Inc., is seeking qualified bidders to provide Architecture and/or Engineering, Resiliency, Energy Assessment services for its mitigation program across nineteen apartment and housing communities. These projects are anticipated to be federally assisted through the Miami-Dade County Department of Housing & Community Development with Community Development Block Grant – Mitigation (CDBG-MIT) funds, pursuant to Federal Register Notice (84 FR 45838, 8/30/19), and awarded by the Florida Department of Commerce. All bidders must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including those associated with any funding source utilized. Integrated Physical Needs Assessment (IPNA)- Miami-Dade County, through its managing agent Royal American Management, Inc., is seeking qualified bidders to provide an Integrated Physical Needs Assessment (IPNA) services across nineteen apartment and housing communities. This project shall be funded through Miami Dade County Housing and Community Development. All bidders must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including those associated with any funding source utilized.
