Commencing from a 4 inch by 4 inch concrete monument with no identification at theNorthwest corner of Block C, as shown on JACKSON PARK ADDITION as recorded inPlat Book 18, Page 8, Public Records of Lake County, Florida and as shown on theFlorida Department of Transportation Right of Way Map for State Road 50, Section11070, F.P. No. 435859-5, on file at the Florida Department of Transportation District FiveOffice, Surveying and Mapping Section, Deland, Florida; thence South 04 degrees 25minutes 44 seconds East 392.52 feet along the West line of said Block C to theSouthwest corner Lot 9 of said Block C, said Southwest corner being a point on theexisting Northerly Right of Way line and North 04 degrees 25 minutes 44 seconds West50.13 feet of Centerline of Survey Station 689+37.98 of State Road 50 as shown on saidRight of Way Map; thence North 81 degrees 23 minutes 10 seconds East 268.41 feetalong said existing Northerly Right of Way line and the South line of Lots 9 through 11, ofsaid Block C to the Southeast corner of said Lot 11 and for the POINT OF BEGINNING,thence continue North 81 degrees 23 minutes 10 seconds East 60.03 feet along saidexisting Northerly Right of Way line and the South line of said Lot 12, aforesaid Block Cto the beginning of a tangent curve, concaved Southerly, having a radius of 2911.47 feetand a central angle of 00 degrees 18 minutes 52 seconds; thence 15.98 feet along thearc of said curve, said existing Northerly Right of Way line and said South line, with achord bearing of North 81 degrees 32 minutes 36 seconds East to the Southeast cornerof said Lot 12; thence North 00 degrees 43 minutes 56 seconds East 39.35 feet along theEast line of said Lot 12; thence South 85 degrees 52 minutes 59 seconds West 75.27feet to a point of West line of said Lot 12; thence South 00 degrees 44 minutes 05 secondsWest 45.32 feet along said West line to the Point of Beginning.

You are each notified that the Petitioner filed its sworn Petition in Eminent Domain and itsDeclaration of Taking in this Court against you as respondents, seeking to condemn by eminentdomain proceedings the above-described property located in the State of Florida, County of Lake.
You are further notified that the Petitioner will apply to the Honorable Dan Mosley, one ofthe Judges of this Court, at the Lake County Judicial Center located at 550 W. Main Street,Tavares, Courtroom 4D, Florida, 32778, on the 6th day of May 2026, at 3:00 p.m., for an Orderof Taking in this cause. All respondents to this suit may request a hearing at the time and placedesignated and be heard. Any respondent failing to file a request for hearing shall waive any rightto object to the Order of Taking.

If you fail to answera default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition. If you fail to requesta hearing on the Petition for Order of Taking you shall waive any right to object to said Order ofTaking.
