Whose residence is unknown if he/she is alive; and if he/she is deceased, the unknown Defendant who may be spouse(s), heir(s), devisee(s), grantee(s), assignee(s), lienor(s), creditor(s), trustee(s) and all parties claiming an interest by, through under or against the Defendant(s), who are not known to be dead or alive, and all parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property described in the Claim of Lien being foreclosed herein.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose upon a Claim of Lien filed and recorded against the following real property located and situated in Miami-Dade County, Florida:
Condominium Unit 4-G of Reef West Condominium, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 10836, at Page 1661, of the Public Records of Miami-Dade County, Florida
Property Address/Last Known Address: 16565 NE 26 Avenue, Unit 4-G, North Miami Beach, FL 33160 
A lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Association Law Group, P.L., the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Post Office Box 311059, Miami, Florida 33231, on or before APR 08, 2026, (no later than thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of this Notice of Action) and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
