FORDE, et al., Defendants. NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE NOTICE is hereby given that Gregory C. Harrell, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Marion County, Florida, will on March 18, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. ET, via the online auction at www.marion.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Marion County, Florida, to wit: Lot 12, Block 1069, MARION OAKS UNIT SEVEN, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book O, Pages 140 through 153, of the Public Records of Marion County, Florida.
