(or, as soon thereafter as possible) City Hall - City Council Chambers (2nd Floor) 110 SE Watula Avenue NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OCALA PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION HEARING FOR THE VISION 2050 The City of Ocala Planning and Zoning Commission, as the local planning agency, will hold a first public hearing to consider the Vision 2050 on Monday, April 13, 2026, at 5:30 pm, in the Council Chambers on the second floor of City Hall located at 151 SE Osceola Avenue. Vision 2050 is designed to guide the City of Ocala's visioning efforts, building on the foundation established in the Ocala 2035 Vision Plan. Vision 2050 builds on the foundation laid by the Ocala 2035 Vision, maintaining a strong focus on the City's growth, character and functionality over the next 25 years, ensuring a seamless continuation of the City's long-term vision. This is the first of two public hearings regarding the Vision 2050. The second and final public hearing is scheduled with the Ocala City Council for Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 4:00 pm or soon thereafter at the same location.
