IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE NINTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT, IN AND FOR ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA CASE NUMBER: 2026-CA-002126-O DIVISION NUMBER: 37 IN RE: FORFEITURE OF $2,821.00 IN U.S. CURRENCY NOTICE OF FORFEITURE COMPLAINT TO: Darion Thigpen 6405 Westgate Drive Orlando, FL 32835 and all others who claim an interest in $2,821.00 in U.S. Currency, which was seized on or about the 9th day of January, 2026, at or near 6405 Westgate Drive, Orange County, Florida. Said property is in the custody of the Sheriff of Orange County. A Complaint for forfeiture has been filed in the above-styled Court.
