Rene, and all persons who claim an interest in a 2019 Mini Cooper VIN #WMWZC3C55GWT08129 seized on or about 1/28/2026 at or about 5955 Grand Coulee Rd., Orlando, FL, Orlando, Orange Co., FL. Said property is in the custody of the City of Orlando Police Dept. Any owner, entity, bonafide lienholder, or person in possession of the property when seized has the right to request an adversarial preliminary hearing for a probable cause determination from the circuit court within 15 days after initial receipt of notice by sending a written request to undersigned counsel by certified mail, return receipt requested.
