NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Consent Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure and for Assignment of Leases and Rents dated March 12, 2026, issued in and for Brevard County, Florida, in Case No. 2025-CA-032513, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST XI-A is the Plaintiff, and SSA LAND TRUST HOLDINGS, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, RACHEL SADOFF, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on April 15, 2026, at in-person sale beginning at 11:00 AM, in the Brevard Room at the Brevard County Government Center - North, 518 South Palm Avenue, Titusville, FL 32796 the following-described real property as set forth in said Consent Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure and for Assignment of Leases and Rents, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 171, PORT MALABAR UNIT SEVEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE(S) 125 THROUGH 135, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
