2025 TAX ROLL RECERTIFICATION
PALM BEACH COUNTY
Pursuant to 193.122(3), Florida Statutes, notice is hereby given that on March 31, 2026, the Property Appraiser recertified the 2025 Real and Tangible Personal Property Assessment Rolls to reflect all changes certified by the Value Adjustment Board on that same date. The above date commences the 60-day claim period for those who filed petitions with the VAB to contest an assessment in circuit court under 194.171(2).
