NOTICE OF DEFAULT AND INTENT TO FORECLOSE; regarding timeshare interest(s) owned by the Obligor(s) (see Schedule "1" attached hereto for Obligors and their notice address) Ocean Pointe Condominiums, located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and more specifically described as follows: Unit Week (See Schedule "1" Legal Description Variables) in Unit (See Schedule "1" Legal Description Variables), in Ocean Pointe Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 10513 at Page 305 in the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, and any amendments thereof. Pursuant to the Declaration(s) /Plan(s) referenced above, Ocean Pointe at Palm Beach Shores Condominium Association, Inc., a Florida not-for-profit corporation (the "Association") did cause a Claim of Lien to be recorded in public records of said county. Obligor is liable for payment in full of amounts as shown in the lien plus costs; and is presently in default of obligation to pay.
