   YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to FRANK H. FEE, IV., Attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 400 NW 2nd Street, Okeechobee, Florida 34972, on or before April 22,2026, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court  either before service on Petitioner's Attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise a Default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the  Petition. The action is a Petition for Appointment of Guardian of the Property of a Minor and for Authorization to Sell Minor's Interest in Real Property, involving the minor child named above. This Notice shall be published once each week for four (4) consecutive weeks in the "Bradenton Herald".
