NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order on Plaintiffs Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No.: CACE-23-013140, of the County Court of the 17th Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida, wherein Space Coast Credit Union is Plaintiff, and Chris Powell a/k/a Christopher Shawn Powell, Janelle Powell, The Marquesa at Pembroke Condominium Association, Inc., State of Florida, Sarahpark Owners Association, Inc., All Paving and Sealcoating, LLC d/b/a 3-D Paving and Sealcoating are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court of Broward County, Florida, Brenda Forman, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., at www.broward.realforeclose.com in accordance with 45.031 Fla.
