File No. 2026-CP-000155 Division U NOTICE TO CREDITORS The administration of the estate of JANICE DALE CLARK A/K/A JANICE MARIE CLARK, deceased, whose date of death was April 5, 2025, is pending in the Circuit Court for ESCAMBIA County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 190 Governmental Center, Pensacola, Florida 32502. The names and addresses of the personal representative and the personal representative's attorney are set forth below.
