NOTICE TO CREDITORS BY PUBLICATION AND BY MAIL In the Matter of: MARGERY NULL JENKINS, Deceased; and the MARGERY NULL JENKINS TRUST AGREEMENT, dated November 29, 2001. NOTICE IS GIVEN to all creditors of MARGERY NULL JENKINS, and the MARGERY NULL JENKINS TRUST AGREEMENT, dated November 29, 2001 (hereinafter referred to as the Trust), that: 1. MARGERY NULL JENKINS (hereinafter referred to as the Decedent) died on January 30, 2026. The assets of her Estate were funded into the Trust; and, therefore, there are no probatable assets. However, the Trust is responsible for any legitimate debts of the Decedent, if such debts are timely presented to the Trustee and allowed by the Trustee. 2. ANDREW DOUGHERTY is the duly appointed and acting Trustee under the Trust. 3. Claims against the Estate and/or the Trust must be presented within four (4) months after the first published notice to creditors or within sixty (60) days after mailing or delivery of this Notice to Creditors by Mail, if later, or be forever barred under applicable Arizona law. 4. Claims against the Decedent and Trust may be presented by delivering or mailing a written statement of the claim to ANDREW DOUGHERTY, as Trustee of the MARGERY NULL JENKINS TRUST AGREEMENT, dated November 29, 2001, in care of William A.
