Assignor, To: Kenneth A. Welt, Assignee. Case No.: CACE26-003196 NOTICE OF ASSIGNMENT TO ALL CREDITORS AND OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES: PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on February 24, 2026, a petition was filed commencing an assignment for the benefit of creditors pursuant to Chapter 727, Florida Statutes, made by CHASE ROOFING & CONTRACTING, INC. assignor, with a principal place of business at 1150 SW 10th Avenue, Suite 201, Pompano Beach, Florida 33069 to Kenneth A. Welt, assignee, whose principal place of business is 4581 Weston Road, #355, Weston, FL 33331. Pursuant to Fla. Stat., § 727.105, no proceeding may be commenced against the assignee except as provided in Chapter 727 of the Florida Statutes, and except in the case of a consensual lienholder enforcing its rights in collateral, there shall be no levy, execution, attachment, or the like in respect of any judgment against assets of the estate in the possession, custody, or control of the assignee. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that in order to receive any dividend in this proceeding you must file a proof of claim with the assignee by mail or delivery to Kenneth A Welt, Assignee, 4581 Weston Road, #355, Weston, FL 33331 and/or by email to the assignee to kaw@kawpa.com on or before Wedensday, June 24, 2026 pursuant to Fla.
