Charlotte County - Punta Gorda Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) Public Meeting The Charlotte CountyPunta Gorda Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) announces that the Public Participation Plan (PPP) is undergoing revision and is available for public review and comment through MPO Board meeting on May 18, 2026. The MPO will also consider adoption of the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) for FY 2026/2027FY 2030/2031, a federally required five year program of transportation improvements. The TIP includes the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Program of Projects (POP) for Sections 5307, 5310, 5311, and 5339 funding allocated to Charlotte County, and its development satisfies federal public participation requirements for the POP. The public is invited to attend the Charlotte CountyPunta Gorda Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) Board Meeting on Monday, May 18, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at the Charlotte County Administrative Building, Room 119, 18500 Murdock Circle, Port Charlotte, Florida, to provide in person comments or to submit comments in advance by email or mail. The meeting will also be broadcast live on CC TV | Charlotte County, FL. The meeting agenda will be available at www.ccpgmpo.gov at least one week prior to the meeting.
