NOTICE OF ACTION FOR COMPLAINT FOR REPLEVIN TO: JOSHUA BELIVEAU Last known address: 131 US Highway 19, Lot 129 Port Richey, FL 34668 YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a Complaint for Replevin has been filed against you and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Vivionne N. Barker, Esquire, of the Barker Law Office, PLLC whose address is 117 N. St. Suite 2 Leesburg, FL 34748, on or before 30 days from 1st Publication and file the original with the Clerk of Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit of Citrus County, Florida at 110 N. Apopka Ave. Inverness, FL 34450, either before service on the Plaintiffs attorney or immediately thereafter.
